1. Mr. Manan Doshi and learned advocate Mr. Akshay A Vakil have put in appearance for the rival parties.
2. The additional affidavit dated 18.03.2025 has been filed by the rival parties jointly to bring on record the settlement agreement arrived at between them no 18.03.2025 itself. The learned counsels for the parties would submit that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and they agree for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the settlement agreement.

3. Having perused the settlement agreement filed along with the additional joint affidavit of the parties dated 18.03.2025, we dispose of the present appeal in terms of the settlement agreement arrived between them on 18.03.2025 signed by their authorised signatories.
4. The present appeal as well as the connected civil application stand disposed of accordingly.
