Section 16 in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
16. Board of Governors.
(1)The Board of Governors of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Chairman;(ii)the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)one Director of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iv)one Head Coach by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(v)four persons to be nominated by the State Government.(2)The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board.
