Section 20(1) in Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 2003
(1)Save as otherwise provided in any other law for the time being in force, no employee shall sublet, lease or otherwise allow occupation by any other person of the commission accommodation which has been allotted to him.
