Section 29(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)Subject to the conditions prescribed by of under this Act, and the approval of the Executive Council, the Academic Council may make Rules in consistent with this Act, Statutes and Ordinances, providing for all or any of the matters which, by or under this Act, Statutes or Ordinances, are to be or may be provided for by Rules, and for all other matters solely concerning itself.
