Section 29(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(1)There shall be a Research Council consisting of-(i)the Vice-Chancellor,(ii)Deans of the constituent colleges,(iii)two Directors or eminent scientists from the Research Institutes within or outside Kerala; and(iv)two Department heads from each college.
