7. Vacancies amongst members or defects in the constitution not to invalidate acts or proceedings of the Board or Committee.
- No act or proceeding of the Board or of any of its Committees shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.
