- Each page of the register [* * * * *] [Deleted by G.N. dated 7-8-1972.] shall be verified by the Registrar's signature and each entry in the register [* * * * *] [Deleted by G.N. dated 7-8-1972.] as respects particulars specified in clause (h), (i) or (j) of rule 3, shall be attested by the initials of the Registrar.
