Section 1 in Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Odisha.(3)It shall come into force at once.
