Section 69(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(1)Any party to a dispute under section 48 desiring that the case may be stated and referred to the State Co-operative Tribunal, for decision under sub-section(8) of the said section shall, within thirty days from the date of occurrence of the notice of reference under the section, make a petition in writing to the Registrar to that effect.
