Section 6(2)(i) in Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) Regulations, 2006

(i)the applicant owns and manages a dental clinic in the proposed dental college with not less than 10 dental chairs and units as per the specifications prescribed in Annexure II;
