- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) General Clauses Act, 1867, the provisions of that Act shall not apply to this Act or to any Act of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] which may be passed subsequent to the commencement of this Act.Chapter - I Definitions
