Section 10(xxx) in Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education Act, 1975
(xxx)to do all such other acts and things as may be necessary for furtherance of the objective of the Board as a corporate body constituted for regulating and supervising elementary, secondary and higher secondary education in the State.
