Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 in the admission matter at her present and correct address by registered post with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which requisite etc. must be filed by 11th June, 2013 failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

In the meantime, the police will not arrest the petitioners namely Ramanand @ Ramswal Dome, Girja Devi @ Biranje Devi @ Biranjo, Manoj Ram and Smt. Anita Devi @ Anita in connection with the present case i.e. C.P. Case No. 1698 of 2012 pending in the Court of Shri Anand Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

Counsel for the petitioners will deposit the cost of the FAX to communicate this order to the Court concerned.
