Section 58(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)The names of the members present and the proceedings held and resolution passed at a meeting of a Board shall be entered in a book to be called the Minute Book a true copy of which shall be open at all reasonable times for inspection of any inhabitant of the district.
