660. Notice of meeting.
- The Official Liquidator shall summon a meeting by giving not less than seven days' notice of the time and place thereof in two daily newspapers circulating in the State of Rajasthan and shall, not less than seven days before the day fixed for the meeting, send notice thereof by prepaid letter post to every person appearing to him entitled to be present thereat. Such notice shall be in the prescribed form.
