(2)Nothing in this Order shall apply to the purchase, sale or storage for sale of any trade article by or on behalf of-(a)The Central Government.(b)The State Government.(c)The Officers, departments, institutions or other organisations of the State Government or such agencies as may be approved by the State Government.(d)any Central or State level Co-operative Society.]
