(i)heads of recognised schools ;

(ii)representatives of recognised organisation of teachers of recognised schools;

(iii)representatives of the Managing Committee of recognised schools ;

(iv)representatives of parents or guardians of students of recognised schools ; and

(v)eminent Educationists.
