Section 52(1) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(1)The State Government may after publication the intention of making such rules in the Official Gazette, make rules for the regulation of construction and maintenance of State roads and generally for carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.
