              1. To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

              RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral)

Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, fairly states that since the petitioner has been reinstated in service w.e.f 07.02.2014 and he has joined the duties on 05.07.2014, present writ petition has been rendered infructous and may be disposed of as such.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that the present writ petition be disposed as infructous in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

Ordered accordingly.
