Section 1 in The U.P. National Security Prisoner (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
1. Short title and application.
(1)This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh National Security Prisoner (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980.(2)It shall apply to every person detained under or in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.
