Section 1 in Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act. 1953.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Travancore-Cochin.(3)This section shall come into force at once: and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such Date or Dates as the Government may by [notification in the Gazette, appoint] [Published by Noti.
