Section 6(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Rules, 2015
(1)On receipt of the indent for the notification of the land likely to be required for rights of user under the Act, the competent authority shall take necessary measures which may be taken for issuance and publication of the notification as prescribed under section 3 of the Act.
