95. Commissioner to make Rules for guidance of District Boards.
- The Commissioner may with the sanction of the [State] [Substituted by ALO.] Government, make rules consistent with this Act, and with the Bengal Vaccination Act, 1880, for the guidance of every District Board in the exercise of the powers conferred under the three last preceding sections, and may from time to time, with the like sanction, repeal or alter such rules.
