Heard. Issue notice to the respondents on admission and interim relief.
2. Mrs. P.K.Gupta, the panel counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi, who is present in the court, is requested to accept notice.
3. With the consent of counsels for the parties, the O.A. is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. We find that the controversy involved in the present OA is in all fours of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by this Tribunal in a batch of cases, including OA-2671/2014. In the circumstances, respondents are directed to examine the claim of the applicant in terms of the said order subject to her making a representation giving details of her past contractual service and the school in which she worked as Guest Teacher.
