Section 12(1) in The U.P. Shri Badrinath and Shri Kedarnath Temples Act, 1939
(1)Casual vacancies in the office of the President, [the Vice-President] [Inserted by Section 10 ibid.] and members of the Committee shall be filled in the same way as provided in section 5.
