Proceedings in the contempt petition have been initiated for non-compliance of the order dated 06.05.2013 passed in SWP No. 999/2013.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the main writ petition has been transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, (CAT) vide order dated 29.07.2020, as such, this contempt petition may also be transferred to the CAT.
In view of the above, this contempt petition is transferred to the CAT and to be taken up on 17.04.2023 and the parties shall appear before the CAT on the said date.
