Section 68(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
(1)levy fees for the use of or benefits derived from-(a)public hospitals, dispensaries, schools, serais, markets, rest-houses and other public institutions;(b)the supply, storage and preservation of water for drinking, bathing and agricultural purposes; and(c)preservation and reclamation of soil and drainage and reclamation of swamps; and
