19. General powers of Office Bearers and Secretary of Water Users Association.
- Unless otherwise provided in the Act or rules made thereunder, any Director or the Secretary specifically empowered in that behalf by the Managing Committee shall discharge the functions of the Water Users' Association to achieve the objectives of the Act.
