Section 75 in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
75. Contribution to Co-operative conferences.
- A registered society shall not contribute any money towards the expenses of any conference unless such conference is held under the auspicious of a registered society which is authorised by its bye-laws to undertake the holding of such a conference. The society holding the conference shall keep separate account of the income and expenditure of such conference and such account shall be subject to audit.The Registrar may convene any conference of co-operative societies.
