Section 1 in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019.(2)These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa and Union Territories (except NCT of Delhi).(3)These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of Govt. of India.
