Section 15 in The Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme
15. Record of policies to he maintained at places where goods are situated.
- At every place where goods which are insurable or are insured under this scheme are stored or held, a register shall be maintained indicating the number and date of the policy issued under this scheme covering the said goods, the place at which and the office of the Government agent at which the policy was issued, the insurable value of the goods as shown in the application on the basis of which the policy was issued or as otherwise on record with the office of the Government agent and the period of currency of the insurance policy; and the said register shall be available for inspection by any officer authorised to obtain information or to take any other action under Section 8.
