(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Jyoti Vidyapeeth Trust, a Trust created by execution of a Trust Deed on 14th November, 2003 under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908) at S. No. 1417 of Book No. 4, in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Jaipur-II;
