Section 8(c) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(c)On receipt of such intimation the Secretary of the Committee shall ascertain the name and address of the new incumbent in the office and obtain formal orders appointing such person as Ex-Officio Member of the Committee.
