Section 275(1)(a) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916

(a)convey the carcass to a place (if any) fixed by the [Municipality] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] under Section 273 for the disposal of the dead bodies of animals or to a place beyond [the limits of the municipal area] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] not being within one mile of those limits; or
