1. The learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing reference to the Order dated 23.08.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRL.REF. 1/2022, titled Court on its own motion v. State of NCT of Delhi & Anr., submits that, as similar issue is pending before the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 795/2019 titled as Prof. Ruma Purkait v. Union of India & Ors., the present petition be adjourned sine die.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is adjourned sine die with liberty to the parties to take steps for its revival in terms of the order passed by the Supreme Court in the abovementioned matter.
