01.09.2022 [1] Heard Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(El.Petn.) No.66 of 2022 and Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the respondents.
[2] Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel for the applicant represented that he has filed this application MC(El.Petn.) No.66 of 2022 seeking the prayers which reads as follows:
i) Dismiss/Reject the above Election Petition No.34 of 2022 at the threshold.
ii) Pass any other order or order(s) as Your Lordship(s) may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
iii) Award the cost of petition.
[3] Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 represented that he has already filed counter affidavit. [4] Since the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has already filed objection, Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.1. [5] Therefore, post this matter on 15.09.2022. Ab.
