Section 19(5)(a) in Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University Act, 2008

(a)Save as otherwise provided, the members of the Syndicate, other than the ex-officio members, shall hold office for a period of three years and such members shall be eligible for election or nomination for another period of three years.
