Section 90(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)The repayment to the Government of the amount paid by the Government under sub-section (3) of section 22 and sub-section (6) of section 37 of the Act shall be made by the market committee or Board, as the case may be, within the date specified by the Government in this regard, from time to time.
