2. Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant has been transferred vide order dated 05.02.2010 against which he has preferred a representation to the Respondent No. 2/Post Master General, Agra Region, Agra, stating the grounds for staying at Bharthana dated 26.02.2010. This representation is still pending. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that his grievance might be redressed if a direction is issued to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation within a specified period of time. The Respondents has no objection.
3. In view of the above facts, I direct the Respondent No. 2/ Post Master General, Agra Region, Agra, to consider the case of the applicant and dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 26.02.2010 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. While deciding the case, the OA may be treated as a part of the representation.
4. The OA stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
