26. Fees of Candidates found ineligible.
- A candidate who has paid the examination fee but is found ineligible for an examination may apply within one year from the date of payment for a refund of the fee or he may be allowed to appear without payment of second fee at any subsequent examination held within one year from the date of payment of the fee; provided that he has become eligible to sit for such subsequent examination.
