With the consent, heard finally.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.7.2020 passed in WP No.8905/2020 ( Surendra Singh Thakur vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh and others) and other connected writ petitions.
In view of the consensus arrived at, this petition is disposed of by directing that the order passed in the case of Surendra Singh Thakur (Supra) shall be applied mutatis mutandis with full force to the present petitioner.
The respondents are directed to act in accordance with the direction contained in Surendra Singh Thakur (supra).
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
