Section 7 in The Jammu And Kashmir (Prevention Of Unfair Means) Examinations Act, 1987

7. Offences to be non-cognizable and non-bailable

Notwithstanding any thing contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure Samvat 1989, all offences under this Act shall be non-cognizable and non-bailable.
