Section 55(6) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(6)The pay and allowances of the Secretary and the [Controller of Finance] [Words substituted for the words 'Finance Officer' by W.B. Act 17 of 2009.] shall be paid out of the fund of the Primary School Council.
