Section 38 in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
38. Maintenance of registers.
(1)A licensed dealer in captive animals, animal articles, trophies or uncured trophies derived therefrom, shall maintain a register in Form No. 19.(2)A licensee who is a taxidermist or a manufacturer of animal articles shall maintain a register in form No. 20(3)The licensee shall ensure that the register required to be maintained by him under this rule has been brought upto date before closing the business for the day.
