60. Authorities to be public servant.
- The Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, the Comptroller, the Deans and the Directors and other employees of the Vishwavidyalaya all be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provision of the Adhiniyam, to be public servants within the meaning of Section 20 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
