It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that in compliance of the order dated 13.09.2017 passed in 1665/2016, complete compliance report has been filed and copy of the same has already been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is fully satisfied with the compliance report submitted by the respondents and prays for dismissal of the present contempt petition having been rendered infructuous.
Prayer is allowed.
Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed as rendered infructuous. Rule Nisi is discharged.
As the contempt petition stands dismissed as infructuous, all the pending interlocutory applications also stand dismissed as infructuous.
