75. Power of Government to transfer officers and employees of municipalities.
(1)Notwithstanding anything in this or any other enactment for the time being in force, the Government shall have power to transfer any officer or employee of a municipality to the service of any other municipality or of any other local authority.(2)The Government shall have power to issue such general or special directions as they may think necessary for the purpose of giving due effect to transfers made under sub-section (1).
