Section 12(2)(a) in Kanyashree University Act, 2018

(a)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, and shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
