ORDER
The petitioner in this writ petition Is cha llenging the notice of no confidence dated 5.3.20 12 issued by the jsL respondent/Assistant Commissioner.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this wri t petition Is that she was elected as a member of Grama Panchayath from Kadwad constituency. Thereafter she was elected as Adhayksha of the said Grain Panchayath . However, some of the members have filed a requisiion call ing for a meeting of no confidence against the petitioner.
The 1st respondent without following the procedure prescribed under the Karnataka Panchayat Raj Act and Rules thereunder. the notice has been issued. The action of the 1st respondent in Issuing the notice for calling a meeting of no confidence motion against the petitioner is contrary to law. She has completed 21 months as Adhyaksha of Gra m Panchayath and she is entitled to continue till 30 month s.
