1. The affidavit stated to have been filed by the respondent no.1, in pursuance of the order dated 23.05.2022, is not on record. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 to check up with the Registry and have the same placed on record after removing objections, if any. As prayed for, the petitioners are granted two weeks' time to file a response thereto.
2. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for respondent no.1 will also obtain instructions as to whether keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have, on contractual basis, satisfactorily served in the respondent school for a period of about five years, the respondent can, without prejudice to its rights and contentions, accommodate them in the school at this stage.
